Please be sure to bring your most current insurance card, a Picture ID, and payment for your copay or deductable to each appointment.
Appointments may be requested by patient portal or by phone. The length of the appointment will depend upon the complexity of the medical problem. It is essential for you to convey your needs, so we may schedule the time needed to appropriately address your concerns.
If you are late for an appointment
Of course, we will try to work you in. As long as our other patients can be seen on time, your appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Please call if you know you are running late.
If you don't show up (No Show)
There is no charge if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If not, there will be a $20 charge posted to your account. Patients who have not cancelled and have missed several appointments may be discharged from the practice.
